Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-20 · Beta terms

Plain English. Pipeline Glance is a beta product. We do our best to make it stable and secure, but it's offered as-is, with no warranty. Use it at your own risk. If you break GitLab's terms by using it, that's on you. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped at zero, because you're not paying anything during the beta.

1. The deal

By installing or using Pipeline Glance, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't install it — and uninstall it if you already have. This agreement is between you and ILYGO Sàrl (the "Company", "we"), a Swiss company in Vaud, Switzerland.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, ILYGO Sàrl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Pipeline Glance. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months (zero, during the beta).

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. Short version: we collect nothing.

8. Termination

You may stop using Pipeline Glance at any time by uninstalling it and (optionally) deleting its sandbox container at ~/Library/Containers/ch.ilygo.pipeline/. We may suspend or terminate beta access if you violate these terms or attempt to abuse the service.
